A beautiful cozy spot that is so close to the town. Loved that it was right by the beautiful creek and that we are welcome to walk around the property . Very tranquil and relaxing

Grant was a wonderful host. The place was great and as described. The bed was very comfortable and the running brook outside the window made for a very serene environment. Would stay again!

A super cute condo so close to everything. it was well stocked - even had robes to use. I highly recommend if you are looking for a nice place to relax right on the mountain.

Had a great few days in Aspen. Grants place was quiet, cosy, and just a few mins away from town. Absolutely loved the creek in the backyard. Everything was clean and enough room for one person. Can't wait to come back! Thanks Grant.

Very good ski-in and ski-out even with the low snow cover at Snowmass. The place was just right for us and we were within a very short walk to the slopes and a wide variety of dining as well as shopping options. Would definitely book again when going to Snowmass.

Grant's place is a great location in Aspen, very easy in and out to town, the highway and the ski areas. He was very responsive to a few questions I had and use of the laundry was appreciated as my stay was over 10 nights. This is a very nice, ground floor, private suite with full kitchen. The bath has been updated and it's located in a private community with a flowing creek behind the house. Wonderful setting and responsive host.

I had a wonderful stay: Grant's studio is comfortable, modern clean and extremely well located - its a 3 or so minute walk to Snowmass Mall or the slopes. Grant is very responsive to any communication. Would absolutely return.

We absolutely loved our stay! Super easy walk to the lifts from the place, great location right in the snowmass village! The hot tub and pool are incredible after a ski day! The place was big enough for the 3 of us and made for a great trip! The walls are a bit thin so the stampede of ski boots walking down the stairs was loud in the mornings, but 1. Got us up in the morning to go ski and 2. Nothing can be done about that! Overall a great stay, incredible location, fantastic place and beautiful amenities. Would love to stay here again!!

We had a great stay. The host was very nice, extremely responsive and quick to communicate. He also was super helpful, when our flight was delayed , and we really appreciate it. The location is very convenient and close to downtown, there’s a beautiful river right behind the property. The place itself is small (just like in the pictures), but it has all the necessary amenities and was very clean. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a great value! Although the space is small it is comfortable, beautifully maintained and in a very quiet and beautiful setting. It’s an easy walk (<10 minutes) to the free bus stop that services all four mountains, downtown Aspen. If your are contemplating coming for the music festival in the summer its really close to the music tent, and would be especially well located for that. Grant is the most responsive AirBnB host I’ve ever interacted with! A real pleasure to deal with.
