The place was great! Grant was responsive and friendly. Super clean and high tech room and floor heating. Love the place so much. I will stay here again when I’m in Aspen again.

The place is really beautiful. I stayed for only one night. I wish I was able to spend more. Great space for parking. Any big cars will be able to park. Grant's instructions to get in was pretty clear and simple. it was easy to check-in. Next time i'm in Aspen, I'll make sure to check the place out!

We stayed for one night in this amazing place while hiking in the Snowmass / Maroon Bells area, and we found it to be the perfect place for the (4) of us during our late-October hiking adventure. The place was fabulous! Super clean. Very nicely updated. Great kitchen that was very well stocked. We loved the clean and updated bathrooms with plush towels. Great gas fireplace and nice / new carpet in the living room. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Grant provided proactive and clear communications the entire time from booking to check-out. The instructions for finding the place and getting settled in was very easy to follow and very much appreciated by someone who had never been to Snowmass Village. Overall, we loved the place and would highly recommend it!

I’m in love with this little home! Cozy heated floors, stocked kitchen, huge tub, complimentary wine…what more could a girl want?? The neighborhood is incredibly peaceful and quiet (but be prepared for some maneuvering coming in if you’ve got a big vehicle) and located around 5 mins from downtown Aspen. Also, I have never seen a host dedicate so much care to making instructions as clear as possible! Thank you Grant for the effort you’ve put into this place! I felt right at home here :)

An amazing place reasonably priced away from the hustle and bustle. Grant was a great host! He had a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. Make sure you spend some time in the backyard by the creek...perfect place to meditate or get some yoga in.

Grant’s place was great. Well appointed, full kitchen, nice window views. Steps away from restaurants. Parking was easy and convenient. Grant was proactive as a host and was there to support our needs. It is a studio, king bed was great and pull out couch was perfect. Very nice place would recommend. Thanks Grant.

We highly recommend this place for you! It’s spacious, beautiful decorated, safe, surrounded by gorgeous views and very well located. You don’t have to worry about anything, Grant is an amazing landlord. We just came a week ago and we loved it! Don’t hesitate to stay there, you’ll be very happy and lucky to have a great vacation stay ! ♥️

We loved our stay at Grant’s place. The condo is well located (a quick 20 minute drive from Aspen, and surrounded by gorgeous aspen trees). It’s quiet, cozy and beautifully decorated. We also enjoyed some of Grant’s recommendations in his guide book. Overall, a great stay and a great host! We’ll definitely save this place for future trips in the area.

Grant has been such an exceptional host. My kid had accidentally broke a decorative piece and I was very concerned. But thanks to grant he Said don’t worry about it. And it really put my mind at ease for the rest of my trip. And his communication upfront is reckoning! Thanks Grant!!

This is a lovely little place to lay your head for the night. Everything was just as described and there was even a bottle of wine for us to enjoy upon arrival. The bed was super comfortable and the sound of the river was delightful. Definitely recommend staying here when visiting Aspen!
